We offer very competitive rates for our wide range of property maintenance services and currently have around 40 villas on our books; each with an individually tailored package to suit the owner’s needs and requirements. 

Investing in and renting out a property is only a small part of your commitment to a property overseas. To ensure that your Turkish home performs to its full capacity, it needs to be managed locally to produce maximum income for you, whilst remaining at minimal levels of inconvenience. Our property maintenance service can either play a key part in the success of your property rental, or – if your holiday home is solely for your own enjoyment – we can simply provide you with peace of mind that it is regularly checked and maintained in your absence.

Our Basic Property Maintenance Service includes:

- Key holding service (to allow access to cleaners, guests, agents etc);

- Regular property inspections (visual inspections, flushing of systems, testing of appliances and airing rooms);

- Regular email updates (regarding inspections, maintenance, accounts etc);

- Payment of some bills (eg DASK, insurance, emergency bills etc as required);

- Regular wear and tear checks (on renewable items, of which photos are sent to owners to verify repairs/replacement, cleaners also check between guest vacation and arrival);

- Advertising (on our Kaunos website, plus our affiliated sites);

- Start of season clean (full detailed clean which we can tailor to your needs).

Once our Basic Property Maintenance Service package has been agreed with every owner, we can discuss the particular requirements of each property after a personal visit, which allows us to prepare a price for the Specific Package you have chosen from us.

Our Specific Packages extend the service we can offer to you, to include:

- Gardening only grounds maintenance;

- Pool only grounds maintenance;

- Cleaning packages;

- Welcome Pack service (which we can personalise to owners’ requirements).  

We can also provide these Extra Services:

 - Key holding only service;

- Photograph album (of inspections and guest vacation);

- Window cleaning;

- Laundry;

- Ironing.

If your property requires all the above services, then we would like to offer our Full Property Maintenance Package (price obtained upon request) which includes:  

- Property Maintenance Service;

- Garden and Pool maintenance;

- Cleaning option;

- Emergency call out fee;
