The experience is suitable for any participant aged 14 and over, unless otherwise is advised by their healthcare provider. Children of age 10 to 14 are allowed to join under parental supervision or with a signed consent letter submitted to us in advance. This experience takes place with a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 14 participants.

Reservation and payment must be completed at least one day before the planned tour date.
Cancellations up to 7 days prior to the tour will be fully refunded. After 7 days, on the condition that a medical report is submitted, 70% of the payment will be refunded.

Finally, the tour may be delayed or cancelled due to adverse weather conditions. In this case, the company will contact you immediately to reschedule.
